Refund Policy

All FobHunt VIN Reports are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the digital nature of our reports, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered.

When We Make Exceptions

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will issue a full refund:

  • You were charged but did not receive access to your report
  • The report returned incorrect vehicle information due to a system error
  • You were charged multiple times for the same report

How to Request a Refund

Email us at fobhunt@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours.

Third-Party Purchases

FobHunt is not responsible for purchases made through third-party retailers linked on our site. Refund requests for products purchased from Amazon, eBay, or other retailers must be directed to those retailers.
